Jane Mitchell – Co-Founder & Family Care Strategist
With over 15 years of experience in eldercare consulting and family advocacy, Jane co-founded this organization to bridge the gap between overwhelmed families and reliable care solutions. Her personal journey of caring for aging parents inspired a mission to ensure others don’t walk this path alone.

David Reynolds – Co-Founder & Clinical Director
As a licensed healthcare professional, David brings a clinical lens to our approach. He has spent decades navigating the healthcare system on behalf of patients and families, and now helps others build care plans that truly work.

Shane Price – Founder
Golden Compass Senior Solutions is led by an Arizona native and senior care advocate dedicated to helping families navigate care with clarity and confidence. With a B.S. in Psychology from Arizona State University, a background in social work and emergency medicine, and 17 years of service in the U.S. Army as a medevac pilot in the Arizona National Guard, Shane brings both compassion and real-world experience to every situation. As a husband and father, he is committed to treating every family like his own.

As Co-Founder and Co-Owner of Golden Compass Senior Solutions, JC brings over 20 years of experience in relationship building and leadership to the heart of the company’s mission. With a strong foundation in connecting with people and leading with integrity, JC has helped shape a service built on trust, compassion, and results.

Known for a hands-on, client-first approach, JC works closely with families to navigate the often overwhelming process of senior placement, ensuring each decision is guided by care, clarity, and attention to detail. From understanding medical needs to aligning lifestyle preferences, every placement is approached with purpose and precision.
